Terms of Service
Gift2Invest.com — Real Estate Platform for GIFT City
Last updated: 13th September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) cover your use of Gift2Invest.com (the “Platform,” “we,” “us,” “our”): the listings, the articles, the tools, and everything else we offer through it. Use the Platform, and you’ve accepted these Terms.
They cover anyone connected to GIFT City real estate through us. Buyers. Sellers. Tenants. Landlords. Registered users. All of it.
2. Who We Are and What We Do
Gift2Invest.com covers one market: GIFT City. Nothing else. We work as a channel partner, and that role breaks down into a handful of services.
- Property listings across GIFT City — residential, commercial, office — with zone classification (IFSC/SEZ or DTA), project status, and developer details specified where we have them.
- Editorial research on GIFT City’s regulatory framework, tax structure, infrastructure, and how the market’s actually moving.
- Buyer matching, to help you find something that actually fits what you’re trying to do.
- Resale support if you’re an owner looking to exit.
- Rental and leasing help, for landlords and tenants alike.
- Occasional CA referrals. We point you toward independent chartered accountants who know GIFT City/IFSC taxation. We don’t employ them. Their advice is theirs, not ours.
What we’re not: a developer, a builder, a bank, a financial institution. We never hold or manage client funds.
3. Not Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice
None of this — the articles, the FAQs, the comparisons, a conversation with our team — is advice. It’s information. Use it to make your own call, not as a replacement for one.
GIFT City property comes with real complexity: zone-specific rules between IFSC/SEZ and DTA, FEMA and RBI regulations if you’re an NRI or OCI, RERA requirements, tax treatment that depends on your residency and how you structure the purchase. Before you commit capital, talk to a chartered accountant, a FEMA specialist, or a property lawyer. Verify the zone classification and the allotment documents yourself. Check the developer’s track record yourself. Don’t take our word for any of it.
4. Accuracy of Information
We try to keep listings, pricing, zone classifications, and our own content current. GIFT City doesn’t sit still, though. Entity counts shift. Banking assets shift. Infrastructure milestones land ahead of or behind schedule. Regulations get updated. None of it stays fixed for long.
So we can’t promise everything on the Platform is complete or error-free the moment you’re reading it. Price, availability, specifications, possession timelines — all of that comes from developers, sellers, or other third parties, and it can change without anyone telling us first. Before you act on anything specific, confirm it directly: the zone, the RERA registration, the allotment documentation, the developer’s actual delivery history.
5. Our Role as a Channel Partner
When we help with matching, resale, or rentals, we’re the intermediary standing between you and the other side — the seller, the landlord, the developer. We’re not a party to whatever agreement comes out of that, and we don’t guarantee how the transaction turns out.
The sale, the lease, the purchase — that agreement is between you and them. Get a property lawyer who actually knows Gujarat RERA and SEZ rules to look it over before you sign anything.
6. Third-Party Listings, Developers, and Content
Listings, and the details attached to them, originate with developers, sellers, and other third parties. We don’t independently verify every claim a listing makes, so we’re not liable for what turns out to be wrong or missing on their end.
Some of our content links out — to giftgujarat.in, IFSCA, RBI, Gujarat RERA, GMRC. We don’t control those sites and can’t answer for what’s on them. The links are there to save you a search, nothing more.
7. User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you’re agreeing to a few things:
- Give us accurate information when you reach out.
- Do your own due diligence before any transaction — zone verification, RERA checks, developer history, all of it.
- Stick to lawful use.
- Leave our listings and content alone — no scraping, copying, or redistributing without permission.
- Treat our content as a starting point, not a substitute for professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
The articles, the guides, the comparisons, the branding, the design — it’s Gift2Invest.com’s, unless we’ve credited someone else specifically. Personal reference is fine. Republishing or redistributing it isn’t, not without our written consent first.
Property images, developer logos, and project details stay with whoever actually owns them.
9. Referral Services Disclaimer
If we point you toward a chartered accountant or another professional, that’s a convenience, not a guarantee. We’re not vetting or supervising their work, and we’re not on the hook for their advice, their conduct, or what they charge. Whatever you agree with them is between the two of you.
10. Limitation of Liability
Within what the law allows, Gift2Invest.com, its founders, employees, and affiliates aren’t liable for loss — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential — coming from:
- Relying on something published on the Platform
- Errors, delays, or gaps in listings or content
- A transaction with a third party — developer, seller, landlord, tenant, buyer, or professional — that we introduced you to
- Regulatory, policy, or market shifts affecting GIFT City property values, tax treatment, or your returns
- Downtime, technical errors, or lost data
This doesn’t limit any liability that Indian law says we can’t limit.
11. Indemnification
You agree to cover Gift2Invest.com against claims, losses, or damages that come from your use of the Platform, from breaking these Terms, or from your dealings with anyone we introduced you to.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy covers how we handle your personal information, and it’s part of these Terms. Using the Platform means you’re fine with what’s in it.
13. Changes to These Terms
Our services change. Laws change. GIFT City’s regulatory environment changes. When one of those things moves, these Terms might too — and we’ll post the update here with a new “Last updated” date. Keep using the Platform after that, and you’ve accepted the update.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Indian law governs these Terms. Any dispute over the Platform or our services goes to the courts in Gujarat, and nowhere else.
